Terms of delivery

Our goods, packed properly, are delivered by leading logistics. The articles you have ordered are delivered as quickly as possible by our delivery service German Postal Service resp. DHL.

Delivery costs

The valid prices are those which are valid at the point of time of your ordering. They include no VAT and are valid for all the countries within the EU and Switzerland. Transport costs for all other countries are depending on the prices of the German Postal Service and are calculated automatically for your order. For products which are especially heavy or bulky (funiture for example) we charge higher delivery cost shares. In such cases we would inform you immediately after receiving your order about the higher price. If we have to pay import sales tax or duty of the import country, we charge them separately. Because of the varying duty charges the import countries raise depending on the product we willingly inform you about the duty charges you have to expect for your product. The indicated selling prices do not contain a value added tax, because we are a small business based up §19 value added tax law (Umsatzsteuergesetz). So there is no VAT refund on export of articles out of the EU.

Right of Return

We grant a 14 days Right of Return. You´re allowed to return items ordered in our online-shop 14 days after receipt. We refund the amount for the item but not for postage! Please send back the item well packed, prepaid and assured. We do not accept unfree packages. After reception of the package with the undamaged goods we refund the payment except delivery costs. We refund delivery costs only in case of description faults or wrong pictures.

Choice of law, court of jurisdiction and place of fulfilment German law is applied to the legal relationships between the Historische Apotheke / Tamara Laufkoetter and the customer as well as to the respective terms of business.
